What Equipment is Needed?
Dumbbells: a variety of weights heavy and light.
Not necessary, but occasionally use: a bench or chair for step ups, split squats, tricep dips, etc.
Bands: booty bands, longs bands, bands to place around ankles/knees.
Note: I use Hope Fitness Gear Bands throughout this program.

They are excellent bands and an investment into your home gym that you will benefit from long after this program.

No. All my programs are designed for the beginner as well as the experienced fitness individual. Differences between individuals only occur in personal goals and the weight of the dumbbells YOU CHOOSE.

Each program will be up on the website for two years.

There will be a variety of workouts ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. Workouts containing high intensity or plyometric movements will also include a low impact option and modification.
