If you’re looking for results, encouragement, challenge, consistency, and variety this Challenge is for YOU! 

This 6 Week Challenge contains 5 full length workouts per week, ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. We will have full body workouts as well as workouts focused on isolated muscle groups. 

You will definitely not be bored with our workouts due to the variety:  light weights, kickboxing, bands, and various fun formats. The intensity of this program is very similar to that of my Youtube Channel. 

I will be providing high and low impact versions for most exercises, and modifications are encouraged so that you are able make the workout YOURS.

This program was not created with pregnancy in mind, so additional modifications may be necessary per individual needs. As with any workout, be sure to consult with your physician prior to beginning any exercise program.
